I'll assume that they meant shiniest and had an excitement-induced brain lapse. Anyway, this site's promises are standard for the niche; young girls in sexy underwear lounging around and posing seductively. They also say something about hardcore action here, but there's none to be found in the teaser pics they offer.

The site itself is nice though, and easy to figure out. Once you get to the members area (accessed by clicking on the Panty Madness link at Hardcore Mega Pass), all the site updates and galleries are arranged in a neat thumbnail grid that scrolls down the main page. It loads very quickly, with no pop ups or weird ads that suggest you can't get a boner or attract women without medicinal aid.

The content is exclusive to this site network, if not always this site, and is very well done for obviously amateur work. It has all the charm of homemade porn without most of the technical issues that plague amateur content in general. The mood here is kept erotic and playful, although still explicit through blatant and obvious crotch shots.

There's also a lot of content, in no small way due to the number of models. There are over 50 models at Panty Madness, all of whom are amateurs and all of whom are hot. Considering the budget constraints these guys are working under, they sure do find a nice range of hot girls. They mostly pose, although a few play with toys or masturbate with their panties, in what must be a win-win for the intended audience.

Each gallery is captioned with what goes on in it, which is very helpful, and has somewhere around 3 pages of pictures, with 25 or 30 pictures per page. So there's no shortage of pictures.

There is a movie shortage however, in that there are no movies. Not a tragic loss, as the niche doesn't particularly need or lend itself to movies, but a few would be nice. They should add those soon.

But some of the extra sites have movies, so in the meantime you can mosey on over to one of the other 23 sites you have access to as a member. They don't update every day, despite advertising that they do, but the last update wasn't all that long ago.

All in all, I can't complain much about Panty Madness. Sure, they could use movies, regular updates, and more diverse content, but what they do have should be more than enough to satisfy their core audience, and their niche is mainstream enough to appeal to less niche porn enthusiasts. Go ahead and buy a membership, and tell your friends to do the same.
